When I can't sleep

Another one of these nights where my thoughts just seem to burn in strange chaos, where I am afraid of nightmares, of loss and loneliness… I am watching the world freeze, the glittering snow crystals fill the night with beautiful silence. My mind is so far away and I wish my body could just follow this path... But here I'm just invisible in my fire... Will they ever see me?
